Invoices & receipts
GIFQ generates an invoice for every top-up, and can provide period statements on request. Here's what's available and where to find it.
Per-top-up invoices (automatic)
Every time you top up your wallet, GIFQ automatically generates a PDF invoice for that top-up. Once the top-up is approved, the invoice is available to download from the top-up's detail view in your dashboard.
Invoices are issued by the GIFQ entity, OÜ Gift Quest (Tallinn, Estonia).
Period invoices and statements
If you need an aggregated invoice or statement covering a date range (for example, a monthly or quarterly summary), that's available on request — contact your account manager and they'll generate it for you. Period documents aren't currently self-serve in the dashboard.
Finding your invoices
Top-up invoices: dashboard → the relevant top-up → download the invoice PDF.
Period invoices / statements: request from your account manager.
VAT and tax details
Invoices carry the OÜ Gift Quest issuer details. For specific VAT treatment or tax documentation requirements, contact your account manager so the correct details are reflected on your invoices.
