GIFQ generates an invoice for every top-up, and can provide periodic statements on demand. Here's what's available and where to find it.
Wallet balance top-up invoices (automatic)
Every time you top up your wallet balance, GIFQ automatically generates a PDF invoice. It's available for download in the dashboard's Wallets page under the Top-up history section.
Invoices are issued by the GIFQ entity - OÜ Gift Quest (Tallinn, Estonia).
Periodic invoices and statements
If you need an aggregated invoice or statement covering a date range (for example, a monthly or quarterly summary), that's available on demand — contact your account manager, and they'll generate it for you.
Where to find my invoices
Top-up invoices: Dashboard → Wallets page → Top-up history section → find the relevant top-up → download the invoice PDF.
Periodic invoices/statements: Contact your account manager and he will generate it for you.
VAT and tax details
Invoices carry the OÜ Gift Quest issuer details. For specific VAT treatment or tax documentation requirements, contact your account manager so the correct details are reflected on your invoices.
