No. A gift card is issued as soon as you redeem it, so it can't be swapped for a different brand, country, or amount. It also can't be refunded or turned back into balance.
Before you redeem
Check Included countries. Most gift cards only work in the country they were issued for.
Check the currency. Some cards only work on an account that uses that currency.

Review the brand, amount, and country on the Confirm your redemption step before you confirm.
If you picked the wrong card
Try it first. Cards marked Global work in many countries. If the card is rejected, go through the checks in My Gift Card Isn't Working.
Have balance left?
If you still have balance on your redeem page, you can redeem another gift card with it, as long as one fits the amount. See Why Can't I Redeem My Remaining Balance?
ℹ️ If the code looks incomplete, a PIN the brand asks for is missing, or the brand says the code is invalid, that's a problem with the card, not an exchange. Message us in chat from your redeem page, and we'll check it.
