Your sender chooses which gift cards are available for each payout, and your redeem page only shows the ones your balance can cover right now. If a brand isn't listed, it isn't available for this payout, and it can't be added on request.
Why a brand might be missing
Your sender didn't include it in this payout.
Your remaining balance is below that card's lowest amount (see Why Can't I Redeem My Remaining Balance?).
It's not available right now. Gift card availability changes all the time.
A country filter is on, and the brand doesn't support that country.
Why a gift card is no longer available
Gift card availability can change at any time, without notice. A card you saw on a previous payout, or earlier on this one, may not be available today. We can't guarantee that a specific card will be available, or say when a missing card will come back.
Finding more cards
Set the country filter to All countries and use Search to look for a brand by name. If it still doesn't come up, it isn't available for this payout. Pick another card you'll use, or choose crypto if your payout offers it.
Also check Global in the country filter. Global gift cards can be redeemed in any country, so they're a good option if your country has few cards or none.
Pick a card that works in your country
Apart from Global cards, most gift cards only work in the country or currency they were issued for. An Amazon or Google Play card issued for the United States, for example, won't redeem on an account in another country.
⚠️ Important information:
Check which country and currency the card is for before you confirm.
Some cards are currency locked, marked For USD accounts only (or another currency). They only work on an account that uses that currency, so make sure yours does. Currency-locked cards redeemed to an account in another currency can't be refunded.
Once a card is redeemed, it can't be exchanged for a different country or brand (see Can Gift Cards Be Exchanged?).
