Usually, yes, as long as you haven't redeemed anything yet. If you chose crypto but would rather get a gift card, or the other way around, you can switch from your redeem page. Once you've redeemed a gift card or confirmed a crypto transfer, your choice is final for that payout. On some payouts, the choice between gift cards and crypto is final as soon as you lock it in.
How to switch between gift cards and crypto
On your redeem page, tap the ⋮ (three dots) button in the top-right corner of the payout card.
Choose Change payout method.
Tap Change method to confirm.
You'll go back to choosing how you get paid, and you can pick gift cards or crypto again.
ℹ️ If you don't see the ⋮ (three dots) button, or the menu doesn't include Change payout method, unfortunately the payout method can't be changed for this payout.
Will I be able to change it later?
When you pick a method, your redeem page tells you which kind of payout you have:
You can change this before you redeem. You can switch later, as long as you haven't redeemed anything yet.
This can't be changed later. Your first choice is final, so take a moment before you lock it in.
Changing your coin, network, or wallet address
Before you confirm the quote, tap Back to change the currency, network, or wallet address. After you confirm, the transfer is on its way, and its details can't be changed, so double-check your wallet address first.
If a transfer fails or is canceled, your balance stays on the payout. Tap Start a new crypto payout to try again with different details.
Changing a gift card
A gift card can't be swapped once it's redeemed (see Can Gift Cards Be Exchanged?). If you still have balance left, you can use it to redeem another gift card, as long as it's enough to cover one. If it isn't, what happens to the leftover depends on the app where you earned it. JumpTask, for example, adds it back to your JumpTask balance when the payout expires (see Why Can't I Redeem My Remaining Balance?).
